The two-part bar made of extra-twist-deep chrome-plated steel has 20cm long, finely knurled grip surfaces for optimal grip , with a pleasantly wide grip width of 92cm for perfect handling!
Get started in three steps: Simply screw the bar parts together, place the discs evenly distributed on both sides starting with the heaviest weight and secure them with the included spring locks... done! The particularly high-quality and stable construction and workmanship enables safe and pleasant training!
