GENERAL TRAINING INSTRUCTIONS
- Check the BANDS for damage before each workout and only use BANDS in perfect condition
- Start with lower resistances until you have mastered the exercise quality; only then switch to higher resistances and/or more repetitions
- Perform all exercises at a slow, steady pace
- Breathe calmly and regularly during training
- Exhale during the strenuous part of the movement
- Avoid forced breathing
- Stop the exercise immediately if you feel any kind of pain
- If you have any injuries or pre-existing medical conditions, talk to your doctor or therapist before starting the exercise program
