MED : With the 30 cm long fascia roller for the back, you can effectively relieve tension and adhesions in your muscles and fascia. Our MED massage roller is made of a softer material and is therefore particularly suitable for gentle self-massage on the lower and upper back.
BALL 12 : The fascia ball with a diameter of 12 cm is ideal for circular massages. The smaller contact surface compared to the fascia roller allows you to work deeper into the tissue during self-massage and thus release stubborn tension.
TRIGGER : Tensions can be very deep. With the trigger tool you can release deep tensions and fascial adhesions very precisely and in a targeted manner. Easy to use on the wall or on the floor. For use by hand you can combine the trigger with the supplied handle. The handle fits well in the hand and relieves strain on the fingers during use.
SUPER BAND : Self-massage alone is usually not enough to achieve lasting pain relief. The training band (104 cm) is suitable for targeted strengthening exercises and to support stretching positions. With the band, you can lengthen shortened tissue and strengthen the muscles. We make the band from skin-friendly textile material.
