The BLACKBOX MED contains all the important tools for effective myofascial whole-body training. The MED fascia roller, with its 20% reduced hardness, enables a softer self-myofascial treatment - particularly suitable, for example, for gentle use in the therapeutic field, for people with a lower body weight or simply when a less intensive massage is desired.

Areas of application of the different fascia tools   

This multifunctional set consisting of a MED white/pink, a MINI pink, a BALL 08 pink and a DUOBALL 08 pink is perfect for targeting the back muscles and other areas of the body. With the MED you can roll out the entire body. The MINI is ideal for a targeted massage of the feet, but also the legs and arms. With the BALL 08 you can massage various parts of the body such as (upper) arms, neck, shoulders, but also feet, calves and Achilles tendon. The DUOBALL 08 is suitable for massaging the back as well as the neck and spine area and the Achilles tendon. The products can be used on the floor, on the wall or on a table.

Please note: We advise against doing balance exercises while standing on this roller. We only recommend this roller for people up to 75 kg body weight. Heavier people can use the roller with two MINIS strengthen.
